Gae Lene was born on October 31st in Tremonton, Utah. She grew up in Bothwell, Utah. She was the second child born in her family and had six siblings. She has always lived on a farm and loves the farm life. Her husband's family also had a ranch and she always loved going there to visit.
When Gae Lene was younger she really enjoyed playing Softball. She has also always loved watching others play sports and continues to enjoy watching her grandchildren play on their different teams.
Gae Lene and her husband Reed moved to Elwood right after they got married and she has lived here ever since. She has 3 kids, 12 grandkids, and 15 great grandkids. She has one child living in Colorado, one in Arizona, and one in Utah. She enjoys going to visit them and their families.
Gae Lene has quite a few hobbies. She likes to crochet and knit and she used to sew. She enjoys genealogy and indexing. She loves reading. Her favorite books are the scriptures. She especially loves 3rd Nephi. Something particularly interesting and unique about Gae Lene is that she learned how to fly a plane.
When asked about her heroes she quickly answered with her Mom. She also looks up to Neal A. Maxwell and Marjorie Hinckley. She said that all of the Church leaders and the Prophets wives have always been people that she respects and looks up to.
